We are the Men's Ministry of Shindler Drive Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Florida. This ministry is led by a council of several volunteer leaders and is open to all men who express a desire to participate in a vibrant men's ministry—whether members of Shindler Drive Baptist Church or not.

Our goal is to strengthen the impact of Godly men in Northeast Florida through prayer, and accountability, and to reach out to other men through our network of friends, families and the community we serve. We strive to make a positive difference in each other's lives with love and to help each other deal with the world's pressures through a relationship with Jesus Christ. We encourage, disciple and mentor other men, empowering them to serve Christ, their families, church and community. We seek to equip ourselves to fulfill our God-given ministries.

Shindler Men reach other men through various ministries:

• Informal Bible studies and prayer groups: Several groups of men meet weekly for fellowship, Bible study and/or prayer.
• Retreats that highlight fellowship, study and prayer: annual retreats have featured guest speakers and special programs to help men develop a relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Quarterly breakfast open to all Shindler Men and their men guests: This event features speakers and a hearty Saturday morning meal.
• Fellowship: We encourage men to know one another and experience the support of Christian relationships.
• Service projects supporting other ministries of Shindler Drive Baptist Church: We work throughout our church family to help other ministry teams with their projects.

Our trip to Promise Keepers was fantastic!
It was a time of spiritual growth and renewal with powerful worship and inspiring messages.
